I jus couldnt understand y ppl still use handphone even whn thy are driving. Dont thy tink of otr motorists out there? Wat if thy were to hit thm..accident..even death? Thn thy would feel regret and seek for forgiveness..hah! Its not dat easy. Some even did not signal wheneva thy wan to change lane and thy would jus zoom in to our lane. If we hit them..we were told dat we are not being alert enough but then otr parties should also do their part.

Some are impatient..keep honking and honking. Hey! its like all thy think is themselves..de gd way of "teaching" thm..make thm wait a bit longer. I always did dat..haha! not exactly my fault since i had to be sure that no car was there so i could turn..ish! Haiz...My guy was nearly knocked down by a car twice..yesterday. N guess wat..both of the drivers are using HP. Luckily my guy managed to brake at that time.

Not dat Im a good driver myself but ppl out there shld be more alert on de road. U nvr know what might happen..evrything can changed jus within a click of the time...

Did nothing today..I had started some new things today. Trying out some pictures arrangement and it actually turns out ok..for a new timer.hehe.. Started out wth my pictures..thn I was addicted to do more. Kinda cool to explore stuffs which u dun normally do..hehe

Today is also de day where I got my new specs..Yup2. My dad send me there..Got my specs..and I started to take pics of it. haha... My bro's fren came over so I could not use de comp like half of the day. Hmm... I hope I dun realli look like some Minahs...who use nerd specs..nwdays. if i do..haha..maybe Minah tak menjadi..which is considered fine wth me. haha.. I DUN WAN to be some minahs..hah!

*Anugerah Skrin 2005..Boring*



Watch Anugerah Skrin TV on TV3 last Friday. It was kinda boring ..compared to otr awards show. Azwan Ali was the host. He seems unprepared and there was times when he nearly forgot some of the names dat he had to read his palm to rmbr it. One more thing he kept askin de audience to clap like evry 2-3 mins. Luckily I managed to catch the beginning part where Siti sang a traditional song.

Another thing was there was a mistake in the revealing of the winner. The nominees showed some otr personalities bt the winner's name in de card was totally annonymous..She was not even in the nominees. Evryone was like quiet..and it was like..huh?..how come dat person is called. Nway she herself did not go up to de stage to claim de prize. haha..

Thn their way of dressing...the main theme was Kain Songket.All was quite ok until there was one lady who went up to claim the trophy. She was wearing headscarf [tudung] and a kebaya. sounds alright?? wait up. Her kebaya was the transparent one..and the slit on the skirt was high up. Haiz...i tink she's in her late 40's..and fyi, shes jus someone who won like behind the camera thingy..not an actress. *shakes head*

Ok..im jus happi dat Siti was performing..besides dat..like i said, BORING..and Azwan Ali is like crapping all de way. I tink he dun realli memorise his script..making jokes which is NOT even funny..really need more improvement...

*Lazy bt had to go out...*

Went to collect my Pictures before meeting Mash.I wasnt really into goin out bt then, I had to. hehe..Headed to Popular Expo first. There were a lot of stuffs though..Postcards,Posters,Stationaries...and Books. The books werent being put in the format whereby it is easier for us to browse thru...we had to dig the books out..to find specific titles. Haiz..kinda mixed up..We were like basically messing up the arrangements.hehe.. Nway, we bought pens,liquid paper,photo album...and even Glow-in-de-dark [mash].

Luckily there werent a long queue like wat Izah said earlier. I tink because she went on weekends. Had cup corns and I met up wth my Primary Sch teacher,Cikgu Tijah.hehe..Luckily she rmbr me. Had her number...all dat. We went to CS food culture..had our so called Lunch at 4pm. I had not eaten yet b4 dat. Had MUSHROOM KUEY TEOW..Yummy!

Met up wth Ally too..She wanted to treat us Dessert at Delifrance bt I was kinda Hurry..for my parents will be fetching me to buy my new specs. Jus as we were sitting,My parents called..and I had to go.Haha..WASTED! there goes the treat...heheh..Not my luck..Maybe nxt time..hehe..Bought a so called..Maroon nerdy specs..it was the first specs me and my mom actually pick. Nice..ok lah..hehe..Will be ready on Monday..CAnt wait..Till then...wait wait and keep waiting..

*People Nowadays...*

Hmm..Nwdays ppl have actually changed as in totally different from how we used to be back then. I tink dat goes the same too for those who were born way before us. Now, its kinda difficult to find someone who is almost plain nice. Tattoos..Piercings..All these are considered as normal now. Not dat ppl who have all these things are called bad..bt to find someone who is jus a normal plain guy is like finding a needle in a hay stack.

Gerls..too also have changed. Not dat Im saying Im totally a nice gerl bt due to the surroundings dat I have seen...dis is wat I can say. Tight clothings..n I mean Really Tight.. Even for those wearing Scarfs too. Sometimes it does make u feel uneasy esp when u were ard wth ur otr races frens. Thy wil asked u.."Why thy wear like dat ah?..bla3x" Haiz..Its trend now. Mini Skirts, Tube Top..nt that it has nvr been worn yrs ago. Its jus dat now u can see even more of these dressings.

Some Drink..go Clubbing..all dat stuffs. Im jus stating my point on their outer attitude...Bt I know dat some of them are alright in other behaviour..nice towards frens. Thy have their bad and gd part of them..Ya,its not like we are perfect rite. Jus my opinion on kids nwdays..Not dat Im biase bout them..bt its the fact. U cant changed it..even if u try to ignore..Its around u..evrywhere.

Chalet Overnites...for 3 day$*

Day 1
-------

Izah came over to my house to help out in carrying the stuffs. It was our lucky day. Jus as we were carrying our stuffs downstairs, there was a taxi in front of my block. haha..so we need not need to go to de main road to get one. Fetched Mash and Alifah at Bedok Taxi Stand. And we were on our way to de CHALET.. YAY!

Our chalet was situated at S09. Kinda far from the lobby but was in front of the sea view. Evryone had to carry the stuffs since there were lots and lots of things. hehe. Tidy up the place and rearranging the things. Me and Izah had our cup noodles. Mash playing PS2..and Ally resting.

We headed to the sea jus to walk and hang out there. But we were practically playing wth the sea water..sprinkle here and there till our clothes were a bit wet. We werent planning of swimming at that time but after all de commotion and stuffs..we headed back and changed our clothes..and we went for a swim!

Swam for dunno how many hours since we had no watch. Freshen up ourselves and my guy came over. He started off wth the BBQ and we were ready to munch! Izah was so engrossed in using her metal fork/spoon which she brought frm home. She tot there wasnt any plastic ones..so she went in and holding her fav utensils getting ready to use it..till we said to her.."hey...there are plastic ones here lah..wat for u take ur fork/spoon?". then she had to put them away..on de bed and hurried outside. HAHA..u guys shld see how engrossed she was goin in and taking her utensils.

It was few minutes more till Mash and Ally are leaving. Thy were munching eir food quickly since thy had to hurry off. Said our good byes and thy left. BUT few mins later..Ally came back.. "Yay..I can have my chicken back!" We were like huh..wat happen? Thy had actuali miss eir bus..ahhah.so came back and finished back wth the food. It was thn time to go..

Izah's fren, Musairon came over and bbq. Played PS2 wth Izah the whole nite. Watched some VCDs.. hehe. Thy were not sleeping. Me..slept about 4am..Went I woke up at ard 6am, it was Ayang's turn to sleep. Izah slept for few minutes at ard 8am..Whereby Musairon went back..to work.

Day 2

After evryone woke up, we went to Mcdonalds for our breakfast. Ayang had 1 big breakfast and 1 hotcakes meal. I took one hotcake frm him though. hehe.. Headed back to our chalet and we all were flat. So sleepy..slept for a while till Mash came in de noon. Jus resting..Mash had her cup noodles. Me and Izah munching some snacks and Ayang preparing the food for BBQ later at nite.

Kayaking was our nxt plan. Mash and Izah took de single each whereby me and Ayang took the double. It was the wrong timing..since it was extremely HOT! Ayang was having migrain..and we headed to shore for a while.. Swam wth our life jackets on. Mash was havin a prob wth her jacket..tink she was so small for it lah..hehe. I had to paddle the double kayak alone..since Ayang was so giddy. Haiz.. He walked to the otr side..

Us gerls went for a swim after dat. Ayang went back to de chalet and rested. Swam..laugh..trying new things..Mash still trying to swim properly and Izah trying to tap water.
Headed back and freshen up. I was tired though..by the heat and the activities. Mash and Izah went for roller blading..whereby Mash fell a couple of times [duh! she was wearing my blades..too big for her i tink].

My family came over for the BBQ at nite. Otr frens? Naw..thy couldnt come..luckily..there werent much food. Mash left abt 930pm..nearly missed her bus. haha.. Izah went blading alone..and she fell once. hehe.. My family left about 11pm. We packed our stuffs since we had to leave the nxt day. I was so tired..dat I was de first one to sleep. The rest slept quite early too..

Woke up about 9am. Freshen up and packed up some leftover stuffs. It was abt 10am and we were ready to leave. I wasnt ready to leave. I miss it.. I mean hang out wth my frens and Ayang. My dad fetch us home. Helped out in taking Ayang's stuffs and sent it to his home since he was riding his bike and he had to carry many stuffs. Izah's was de nxt destination..and lastly..MY HOME.. I was happi yet sad to leave.. I hope to do a chalet again...hehe..

*Swollen...But...*

My eyes are swollen.. Naw.. not becoz of crying. Theres some infection in my right eye dat now its lid is like swollen. hmm..and I'll be goin out for a Birthday Party later. Its painful evrytime I blinked my eyes. Hai... I really hope dat it will be ok few days later. Went to de doctor earlier jus now to take my inhalers and medicines.

Will be goin shopping later too..wth my guy. Shopping for our chalet stuffs and all since we had the car..hehe.. Cant wait but at the same time...dis eye is really aching! I tink I shldnt blink..haha.. Wonder how am I goin to use my lenses..ok..nvm..dats another story. hehe...

Went out wth Mash yesterday to search for pressies..and jus hang out for a while at Tamp. At the same time, I had received a letter from my Poly fren. Miss her a lot.. shocked though becoz wasnt expecting her to write.. Hope she will get well soon so dat I am able to mit her.. Miss ppl a lot sometimes...

*National Day @ Esplanade*

Since we had nt gotten any NDP tix, we had planned to go to Esplanade to catch de fireworks. We had lunch at Sakura City Hall first. There were a lot of ppl ad City Hall...duh. Headed to 7-eleven, bought some titbits and drinks to munch later. The weather was SO HOT..unbearable...but we still continue walking to the back area of Esplanade. There were a lot of ppl..including de foreign workers.

Sat there for few minutes..then we changed de location to the entrance of de Esplanade..for better viewing and atmosphere. Found a good place to sit and relax. It was very hot though since the sun is shining directly towards us. More and more ppl fill in the space..and thy were practically standing around us.

It was so CRAMPY and stuffy since we were sitting down. Its worst than de preview dat day. At least during the preview..evryone sat down..and we enjoyed the scenery better. Now..we were like being covered by dis ppl standing really close to us. When the night had fall, we were then ready for the fireworks.We had to stand up in order to see the fireworks..since evryone is blocking our views. Got some shots of the Fireworks though. Better and Nicer...

It was time to go home. There was a big crowd..and i mean REALLY BIG. We had to cling to one another try not to loose ourselves. Pushing and squeezing in between ppl to get in our way. There was even a so called..ambush across the road..haha..jus to get to de otr side. Ppl were steppin on the ropes..banners...and grass. Evryone..till the Police cant even control them. Made our way to the underground..Citylink..It was so Stuffy..

But then..after the pushing and all, we finally get urself to the MRT..and we were safe. hehe.. There was not a lot of ppl in the train though which is good..after all de hot..and sweaty atmosphere. I tink we had to get away frm dat...till then...have had a nice time looking at the Fireworks..

*Marina Carnival*

We went to Marina Bay to see some displays there..and not forgetting the fireworks. Once we reached there, we were finding the Sea displays. We passed the army and SCDF rides...tot of taking it but the tots of wearing a helmet...make us think twice. Mash was so anxious to see de PCG displays. Ok..we had missed the aerial and sea displays though.

We went to the Sea section, took a ride tixz...to board on one of de boats. The ride was abt 90mins..ya..dat long.We headed to an Aircraft Carrier and explore the whole ship. Kinda cool..to see the atmosphere there.

Once we reached land again, we went to see the Total Defence Displays. Izah tried on the Archery. us?..naw...hehe. Took some pictures..and when we reached the CD displays. There was dis Fire engine wth the Tall ladder. We tot of takin de ride BUT the ride had ended like few minutes ago..WASTED! hah..Wandered around there...thn The President came..took some shots..and waves. hehe..cool though.

It was night..by the time we finished..walking around. Got nearly lost tryin to search the Fireworks festival. But yup we reached there. Sat on the field..for better view. There was TAUFIK!! haha..singing the National Theme Song wth Rui-en. Thn President Nathan..start off wth the ceremony and the fireworks..begun! NICE and BIG!!..Had a so called romantic view..hehe..wthout the secondary sch kids...shouting and screaming. hai...nway nice nice...

When it was time to take de bus..OH MY! Not only the queue was long, ppl kept jumping queue..ended up we were like squish together stuck at one place..not moving. So, we started off walking till we reached de MRT..tiring though...haha..

Izah came to my house yesterday. Motive? Just wanna discuss wat to buy for our chalet soon. Came ard 3pm..and thn she surfed de net. Having a really hard time in uploading her pics. I cant understand too..haha..it just that my computer is making her work even more troublesome. Coz when it was my turn..i had not encountered such problems.. [Maybe my comp dun like u lah izah..hehe]. It took her like few hrs to actually had evrything settled..

We watched our NTUC videos while we were on chalet last few mths ago. Funny...its like woah..is dat what u actually did last time?? dancing..all dat. After the vidoes and de surfing...we ate our dinner...bought by my dad. Hers..normal..HOR FUN..she jus like it..haha. wthout even confirming wat she wants..i said..ah HOR FUN. heheh...correct. I had tom yam soup.

Watched Anugerah [singing competition] last monday.It was the audition part. I really couldnt understand bout Hafiz "Glamour" way of judgement. I tink its not being fair. Jus that the person is big size, he asked him to exercise and try next yr audition. Those wearing checkered shirt were also being put off. He criticised, saying oh..dat shirt good to wear if u were to mit ur mother-in-law, u dressed up like an accountant..bla3x.

HELLO! And they did not even given a chance to sing! jus as thy step on the stage, Hafiz will start blabbering bout their image..and asked them to leave. IS THIS FAIR?? This is supposed to be a singing competition not a FASHION show thingy. crappy..So now image is much more important than voice? Jus s long he/she has a nice features..U'R IN. Hope dat Anugerah wld be more serious in finding de right person. I dunno ah..since this kind of thing usually happen frm the past few shows.... hai... *shakes head*

Main motive..book a chalet at East Coast. After dat? No plans. Deciding to go either..parkway or Cityhall. AFter some bla3x, ended to Cityhall. We did not no bout the NDP Preview goin on dat day. No wonder there was a lot of ppl wearing Red..and the station was jammed pack. We went to Magic Wok first since Izah was hungry.

Headed to Espirit..saw some eyeshadows. Like alwys we wld take de eyeshadow and put it on. I mean..i will alwys put on Mash. Took 2 cotton buds.. and we went out. Applied it to Mash first..afer dat. HAHA *evil*..we forced Izah to use it too. Haha..in de end..she became our victim of make up.haha..

We walked ard city hall station outside..saw some uniform groups..ready to march. BUT they took a very long time to start marching that we went to otr place. Mash told us to go to Esplanade..for a better view since she was so Enthusiastic in seeing the Fireworks. There were quite a number of ppl hanging ard there. So, we searched for a spot to sit..and relax. Me and Mash ran to the front..when the Army convoi..came..followed by the CD and Police. Took pics and videos..

It was then time..time whn de fireworks Start! haha.. nice! we took pics..frm our camera phones. it was a nice atmosphere..Bt im pretty sure de NDP itself will have lots of fireworks. After all had ended, we rushed thru the City Hall scared that we got jammed in the crowd..which we did for a few minutes..but Once we reached de MRT...Feuuww...we managed to take our breath..
