Weekend Cooking

Was craving for roti kirai since ystrday....so ended up making one tday. Went to NTUC with my bro in de morning. Bought all de required stuffs....and started cooking about 3pm. Basically, I did de cutting and all....while Mom cook de stuffs.

As most of u guys know I DUN LIKE CURRY, heheh..bt guess at some cases, I jus had to eat it with de roti kirai, rite. heheeh....Ask Mom to make de Rojak thingy too...as I usually submerged the curry flavour with de sour-ie taste of de rojak. hehehe.. N I had to kirai...A LOT of roti~! Penat dey. hahaha....n my back aches...hahah..i knw..takde kena mengena kan. hahaha....bt dunno y back pain.

Called up Ayg to take de stuffs as well....Packed de food and also bahulu which bought for him frm JB dat day. hehehe.....Ayg came abt 6+pm...took de food and off he goes. eheheh...yelah da nak buka already. Oh, he gave me 2 kuihs~! One was de BLUEBERRY TART which i requested him to save me 2 pieces dat day...since he bought it. heheh...bt nw..i guess im finishin it even b4 raya~! how?~! heheh...anther one is gajus thingy. Haven taste yet. :)

Iftar with Ayang

Since ystrday was Ayg's off day...so we had iftar tgther~! hehe... N lucky dat i called him abt 3pm...coz he went back to sleep after he was in de net. tsk tsk~ Came to my place...b4 headed down to Spore Expo. It was supposedly to be HIS shopping spree....BUT....I was engrossed in de Shoes....which i eventually bought it~! White heels sandals. hehehe..I TOTALLY cant wear covered shoes...tsk!! So gonna use it during raya~!! best!!

We headed down to Geylang aftr dat....went to Singpost first to exchange de ezlink card. This makcik...was attending to us. And she kept insisting us to listen to her....explaining regarding some promotion of Medisave thingy. Ok...for me...all i know was im under my dad's medisave thingy....and besides dat..i KNOW NUTS abt it. so..even if she is goin to explain to me...i am Soooo nt intersted.

She keep pestering us NON stop. It was 7pm alredy...and even her non-muslim colleague told her "Eh, thy goin to break fast soon rite"...and she say to her colleague "Alah...antr few mre minutes....can la...". i was like...ya, if u can find us a place to sit to break fast den feel free to do so lah. ish~! Den she ask hw old m i and whether im wking. Told her my age and not wking. She eventually ask Ayg too... Den like out of nowhere, she was like talking to AYg and Im like right in frnt of her...and she can say.." Oh...ni Anak ABu eh.." STATING dat statement to me! I was like..."HUH?! ANAK ABU?!" with my irritated expression. Like..HELLO...who is SHE to give DAT kind of statement ? Crappiness...When she saw my expression, den she say..."Oh, anak abu tu...anak2 muda"...i was like..WATEVA la...U tink i dunno wats de meaning of dat?!...nonsense.. Eventually we told her..someone is waiting for us outside..and leave dat place. mereps~!

Nwys, after dat...headed to de new pasar...for iftar. Den walked around....bought MANY MANY stuffs again. Though, Im BROKE....hahaha....thnks Ayg...for "layaning" my shopping issues. hahahaha... I SOOOO in need of Job! hahahaha....shop shop shop~ We went homey by 10...took straight bus to my place.

Im BROKE

Today marks de 2nd day of Puasa~! So hows everyone doing?? Hope u guys are doin Jus fine yar. heheh... I guess...b4 u know it, it will soon be RAYA. Time does fly fast nwdays.

Nwys, ystrday....went out with my parents to SHeng Shiong to buy groceries stuffs AGAIN. yesh...AGAIN. hehehe....and den headed down to RESTU for our iftar. Tot of heading to GEYLANG...but since its IMPOSSIBLE to find seats at dat time, we decided to eat somewhere first b4 we headed down to Geylang. Reached Geylang abt 9pm...and there were still alot of ppl...coming der as well.

Quite a number of ppl...bt maintain-able. hehe...Walked....ard...finding my hp casing. N gues wat?! i managed to find it...and was able to buy for $15. way cheaper den de one in Tamp..which cost abt $22~! Wanted to get PINK one...bt de pink was kinda "berlapok" so had to buy de black. hu hu~! Nwys, one down...many things to go. Bought a butterfly top...nice. i like. Den...a pair of shoes (NOT RAYA shoes yar). hahah..jus normal outing shoes. walked2 ard...and bought a LONG sleeved dress. Actually wanted de othr one...but it cost $32...ex~! so.....we walked and find a NICER one...cost $25. Nice....planning to wear it on THE SPECIAL DAY in November. heheh...

The last stop area...was ad de Pasar area. N there i saw SITI NURHALIZA's tudung. bt its NOt worth the price...$18 for such a material (like wat SUZ say too). Mom told me to find any tudung so she can sew it for me. GREAT~! n.....eventually i bought 2 tudungs! which only cost $5 each. and great thing abt it...it can Be worn like SITI NURHALIZA style!!!! Best best~!!! Gonna go der..and see if there are still sales. if yes...im sooo GOIN to borong de tudung~!!!

Today....Mom cooked mee hoon grg for iftar. Yummie~!! been a long time, i tasted MOM's Cooking since im so called....de "cook" in de family on wkdays. hahahah... Best nyer~!

Ayg called up abt 7pm....but was totally busy so din hear it. N i was 100% forgotten dat he was in his night shift tonight. totally FORGOT~! and All i tot was he was happily sleeping...and maybe i wld called him later at night per normal...b4 headed to bed. N guess wat? He called...saying he is off to wk!!! dodol me.....FORGOT all abt dat. hehehehe..... SORIE AYANG!!! REALLY REALLY LUpa...dat u working night. Da la beria-ia...wanna talk to him at night..chit chat....BUT..guess..it wont happen tonight. HU HU~!! :P

Fasting ahead

Been fasting de past few days....and now...left 1 more day to RAMADHAN. To all my MUSLIM FRIENDS: SELAMAT BERPUASA~!!!! Puasa..jgn tak puasa. heheh

Tmrw morning, will be goin to Sheng Shiong with DAD....to buy ingredients to cook Mee tai bak (will take a pic once me cooked it tmrw). Since fasting tmrw...so gonna cook something special for myslf n family to break-fast. yummie~ Guess...goin to do a lil list of menus...for cooking in de fasting mth...since im WAAAYYY free at home.

Oh...also be planning outings too.....iftar with my frens of coz~!! So...will look forward to dat. Hmm...but dun tink dis year..will have several break-fast outings with Ayg. anyhow...wateva it is...we shall see when his FREE day!!! den can find baju kurungs....for him. Mine? Be using my Tunz baju....so yar. oooOooo...best best best~! :)

Ystrday, get to meet up with Ayg...for dinner. He went homey first...b4 fetching me..since i was fasting. Got to eat my laksa!! so craving was reduced yrstday. hehehe.... Walked ard awhile...b4 headed homey since he was SOOOO exhausted especially when he had to work in a "oven" at his wkplace. Hope thy do somthing abt it.......Ayg had been working OT almost evryday....(to be honest, im hapi to have a hardworking fiance). hehehe....nwys, collecting money tooo for OUR special day in few mths time. So....yar. cant wait for dat...wheee~!!!

Many things

These days jus basically rest at homey...though yrstday went out with Suzzie to Aliza's daughter cukur rambut. besides dat, happily sitting at homee....and watch tv. Oh, gotten new Samsung Jet hp last friday. Am loving it right now..especially de camera. wheee~!! Mom told me dat I could pay her up once I have a job. coz...now im solely dependent on de monthly "income" given by my bro. hahahaha...so yap yap...once work..need to pay back.

Fasting mth is reaching soon. VERY soon. hapi2....gona plan lots of outing soon too. N i have yet to cook LOTS of stuffs. Its like....i am ready n prepared to cook it..bt since not much ingredients...so its kinda delayed. told mom...dat we r goin grocery shopping!!! i sooo in need of cooking NEW stuffs man!!

Menus which I wanted to cook:
1. Homemade Pizza (making it soon...)
2. Lasagne
3. Fried fish noodle soup
4. Chicken pie (like in POLAR)
5. Tacos filled with minced meat and veggies
6. Mee laksa grg

Okie..as for now. these are currently in priority list. hahaha...so see when i shall be able to shop the ingredients...for COOKING~!!!

Ayg had been EXTREMELY busy and tired with the shifting arrangment at his wkplace. So....been awhile we actually talk long to each otr on de phone but glad dat he made his time to call me up...every single day. heheeh...I wonder....once i start working, pretty sure we BOTH will be VEry busy. hu hu~ bt den...hope it will stay per normal....though i guess...MORE UNDERSTANDING is required to attain a stronger bond. N being advised by DAD in certain occasion...do make me feel opened as to accept and try to undsrstd wat de otr half is doing. hehehe....

Been sending VARIOUS resumes.....but NO ONE called me back. heheh..guess.....it will take much longer time to actually get a call....so Now..im jus enjoying my SITTING-AT-HOME life. hehe....

Yestrday outing with TPSS besties was fun..though it was a short one. Ayg came to fetch me...b4 he had to rush to his night shift work. While sitting down and snapping pictures....was kinda tinking of all those wedding poses where u see de guy look in de gerl's eyes...cam sweet kan?! but...hahahah....we did try it...action actionlah....But it turn out..crappy!! hahahaha...cos i cant simply be serious wehn i look at him...its like...an auto reaction..dat happen each time, i see his face. n ystrday was nt de first time lah....we try doin dat shot. hahaha! so....kinda wondering...what will actualli happen if de camera man were to ask us to pose like dat in our future wedding?! *faintz!!!!!*. hahahaha.......

Tmrw...be goin to one of de MDIS clanz engagement. MIDAH~!!!! yesh...de 3rd one frm de clanz. hehe..and tmrw theme wil be GREEEENNN~!! best~!...sure ngah do some last min preparation and all dat stufs. heheh...reminded me of Mine...last 2 mths..where de gerls came over on saturday night...to help putting in de sweets in de berkat boxes. heheh... it was de most memorable event...with all my loved ones. hehehe... :P

Be heading there...with Suzzie and Hani and Mas.....though im not reali sure if Ayg coming over. Scared he couldnt wake up earli...since he is out playing soccer tonite. Bt wateva it is....since he would fetch me after de engagement event...im happi abt dat. hehehe... though we be going PUBLIC TRANSPORT tmrw...since Midah's place is faaaarrrrrrr.....so SAFETY first (like wat he ALWYS say!). hmmmm....

Oh...tried out another new tudung style. hehehe...it was firstly being told by SUZZIE...and i began to like it..and also my IDOL...siti nurhaliza...was de one who had dat kind of image....I like de tudung style. sooooo....gonna try it out tmrw...though i had a pic which i took...jus now..trial. hehehe....

Hmm.....ystrday had a fun time with bestie Suzzie and Pinkie fren...did window shopping..and we ate ad DUNKIN DONUTS...and pinkie fren was soooo happie. Besides dat...had several sleng-ness and bloopers...which its tooo much to type in here. Nwys, been trying to upload de pics in FB...bt it toook FREAKING long time....and when its done...it states as UPLOAD FAILED. haiz...so be trying it later using my bro's lappie.

Oh, gotten...my GECC result ystrday. Lucky Mom didnt call me up when im outside. So ya....reach home..freshen up...and MOm says...there is an exam result slip on de table. i was like...AAARRRGGGh~~!! De first thing i did was....open de slip..and LOOK ad de result...Not de subs..bt de marks. ALhamdullilah...i passed. though it was Just pass...bt Im glad i passed. Haiz...again...school took FREAAKING looong time to give our results..and mind u...its de first term in Yr 3 results~! crap...

Oh, been applying jobs lately...and crappy online submission which keeps prompting me to enter certain details..and when i submit...all was gone!~ haiz.....

Today..FInally after soooo long, i drove back my dad's car...BUT nt from my house to Mom's wkplace...but Just drove round and round Mom's wk area. hahah~! soooo de KAKU la! N it was SOOOO slow...dat Dad says..like he was having an excursion in de zoo. hahahah!! and he even say.. "No wonder Andi nvr let u drive"..hu hu~! hahahah....Ya...i knw...I drove 20-30km/hr! hahahahaha....DAT "FAST". ahahaha...Den left n right turn, drive like bringing a LORRY! hahaha!!! Sooo....im soo goin to practice my driving der...de next few weeks. :P

Be meeting Suzzie n Hanie tmrw...at town~! Yay!! though it was supposedly to be our Karaoke outing..bt since a lot couldnt make it, we had to just change it to be a shopping day. hehehe...so best best...be heading there!

Hmmm....since I reali had nothing to do ad home...kinda wanna try cooking some new stuffs. Okie...my family is waiting for my SPEciAlly-made Pizza which i promised to make right from the beginning of de dough to de toppings. So...guess..will be making it soon. all thnks to HOMEC in Secondary school...dat thy start to like my home-made pizza...which i made like once in 5yrs! hahahah...besides dat, i wana make TAcos...kebab thingy...guess..will be finding new recipes to try out. SInce im NOT fond in baking, I shal jus find tings to cook. hahahah...

Tday, be following Dad to Mom's workplace...since I need to start driving back..after SOOOOO long!! yeah...kinda scary though..bt since Dad say we will just starting by driving inside de hospital area...so kinda a lil relieved. hehehe...tu lah..manja sgt...tak drive lama nah. heheh...

Oh, ystrday night....send resume to ONE place. HAHAH....its like...just trying my luck...applied at NUH. hahah....we will see..if THEY were to call or NOT. hahaha...till den, im not reali giving HIGH hope on dat. Just be giving out many2 resumes...and see..if I can get in or NOT. haiz....Wish me LUCK. :P

Today...planned to go to bestie's house at noon. So in de morning, cooked Ayam masak kicap for de family b4 headed there. Super lucky dat lil Arissa is awake...and since it was her feeding time...we managed to take her pics b4 she went back to sleep. Soooo adorable and very very cute! loving her....muaks~!!

Stayed at her place abt 3hrs....chit chat...for awhile. Za, nxt outing...bring lil Arissa along k. heheh..sure fun! yay!! Oh...bought her a green top too with pink ribbons. hahah...coz i guess....Arissa's clothes are ALLL pink...though I reali wanted to buy her pink...bt den...gave her somthing diff. hehehe... N also did a card for Bestie...heheeh...Glad she likes it! wheee~!! :)

Yesh! after soooo long, i finally settled with a new skin..a simple one. But i like it. Something new...something fresh..and Not black alwys. hehe...Loving it.

Tmrw...will be heading to bestie Aliza's house...since want to see her lil princess: Arissa Adriana. Wonder hw she looks like...heheh..sure cutey2x!!...going der in de afternoon..since cant be back late...since mom is alone ad homey.
