Okies...FInally after helping out with LOTS of stuffs in the kitchen, Mom and me managed to cook LAKSA for de family! Pheww~~!! SO tiring!! It doesnt help with my runny nose, cough and back pain! haiz... Nways, the result was SUPERB!! Had nt been eating MOM's cooking for a long time. hahah..so ya..today LAKSA was great!!

Mee LAKSA!!! YUMMIE!!OH...tinking of HARI RAYA HAJI....i still rmbred 8yrs back (was reminded by DAD).. on how my family was awaken in the middle of the night..stating that my granny had jus passed away on the morning of Raya Haji. Ya...it was a sad mmt. I rmbr...we woke up..and rushed to my granny house..where all my relatives are already der.
Tears came rolling down..though i was kinda stunned at all the things happening. The sad part was to know dat SHE had cooked sambal sotong jus for my dad and she had put it on top of the kitchen cupboard jus to make sure dat no one eats it..till my dad came. Cos we usuali came at night. So it was so called de last dish for HARI RAYA HAJI for my dad..cooked by his late mom. I knw...till this mmt, Abah alwys hide his sadness wheneva he hears TAKBIR on hari raya..............
