Guess wat? HAHAH...i lost 1kg in 5 days!!! hahah...maybe its not a BIG deal to u guys..haha..but it is for me!! Aim to loose 10kg!!! wonder2x. haha..Guess de next few posts...will be about me exercising and trying to loose as much wgt as i can. My daily routine now is to eat my supplement...wait for 1 hr....den go jogging on de running machine for abt 10-15mins! Den...my breakfast will alwys be MILK...and having my late lunch usuali abt 3pm...and Maybe have 1-2 slice of bread for dinner. heheh.. yap! dats my routine now..and at night, apply de HALIA & Limau nipis cream on tummy followed by wrapping my tummy with Bengkong (Tummy binder). hehe.. Oh, Suzzie!! de cream and bengkong works!! my parents say my tummy NOT dat boncit already! hahaha....So cant wait to loose MORE MORE weights!!!!

haiz...ystrday was a MISERABLE day. Was missing Ayang soooo bad But den realised dat...its no Point missing someone..crying de whole night..and yet u knw u cant mit him at dis short period of time. Coz no matter how much u cried...its of NO use since u cant mit de person and it wld end up being even WORST den eva. Guess....gerls need MORE attention from their bfs. But den...haiz....i have no rights to force him, rite? So......to reduce my MISSING misery...guess I shd be thinking about otr stuffs like my STUDIES rather den thinking on HOW MUCH I MISS HIM. And im glad dat de MISSING mode is reducing...though there is a few percentage of missing but...guess...its NOT as much as Yestrday. So....diverting my attention to somthing else now...

Been on a healthy regime dis few days...actually started from MONDAY. heheh.. I dunno..maybe due to some comments made by some ppl about how i look and certain incident which had occured recently. Guess...its a wake up call for me...to loose my weight. Though like i said b4, Ayang dun mind about my feature now...bt i guess he wld be delighted if i am able to loose some extra wgts and not being FAT (like wat ppl alwys say). heheh...

Today..woke up quite late..maybe too tired after a day to JB ystrday with family and aunt n cuzzin. Called up anthr cuzzin, Aisyah...bt too bad..she had an attachment at KKH. (aisyah..haha..nxt time can ikut kak ati gi JB k. hahah..patutlah, suara segar pagi2. haha..if nt, suara ngantuk). heheh... Headed to Kotaraya...since aunt wan to go AVON shop..Had lunch there..I had hotplate yee mee! haha..okla..after a lil more shopping, we headed to Angsana where we got lost along de way. But luckily...managed to find it. heheh

Ystrday..did my journals reading. Suddenly, i had de urge to read all my emails given by my supervisor..and list down what r de important things to do for my dissertation. and Guess wat?!! Due to GOD's WILL, i managed to realise dat I was on de wrong path. My topic is : Bacteria and Crohn's Disease: cause, consequences or cure? Luckily, i realised that I shd be focusing on certain things and NOT some otr unwanted stuffs. Phew!! Had to email back my supp..regarding my NEW updated SUBTOPICS since I knew de previous one..was OUT of CONTEXT! Lucky...its not tooo late..or else... *faints*

Okies...today..exercising per normal. I reali HAVE to get used to running like every day...heheh. Im sooo FAT!! Though Ayang dun mind about my figure..hehe..bt stil..guess...need to jus loose de EXTRA pounds in me. Haiz...Lets see...if there are any changes. heheh...

OKies...today marks the day where i plan to start running. WHere? at my bro's room. heheh...using the running machine. Ate my supplements back..which MOM had bought since dunno when..frm GNC (BURN 60). hehe...waited for an hr b4 starts to run. De gd thing of this supplement is...it helps u to burn calories. Usuali take like 20mins..for me to pespire alot...bt by this thingy...run abt 5mins...im like..SWEATING all over! whee~!!! hahaha...

BUT...alwys complain to my mom...How want to loose wgt...if I have to cook evry single day. hahah.. (jus a reason for me of NOT cooking each day). :P I guess...its NOT goin to end...coz I will alwys be worried if I nvr cooked..and seeing my dad n bro at homey..waiting for FOOD! hahah.. Okies..today was TOTALLY a tiring day...i reali have no idea why. Slept abt 3am de night b4 and woke up abt 10am. Bt i was sooooo sleepy still. So cooked it in the afternoon...bt dis time, i add in cili padi..since wanted it to be spicy. heheh..de outcome..was SUPERB! (haha..puji masakan sendiri eh). yummie2x...i like!

Today, jus practically stay at homey...surf the net and all. Wanted to read my journals...but eventually SLEPT the whole day. heheh. WOke up...and all i do was surfing the net AGAIN. Oh, gotten my DBIS result in de evening. Haiz... I just passed. Yap... But i knew it was a HARD subject..coz i rmbred how hard i was trying to squeeze my brains out..and trying to ans the 3 essays..and basically crapping all out...jus to make sure...de paper is full of my handwritings. hu hu~~ But im VERY glad that i had passed. Though its not a HIGH one...im glad and thanked GOD for allowing me to pass it! ehehe...

I have yet to received my MMBY result..which i DUNNO where it had gone to. Emailed de school again..and dis time, it involved my parents in it too...yap..coz..MY parents had been asking abt it as well..its like..waaaaayyyy overdue!! N thy kept saying thy are waitng for reply. haiz..Crap! Im ending my Yr3 and i haven received my one and only Yr2 result!!! nvm...i tink nxt time..shd ask my parents to email dem personally! hahah.... i rmbr one of my frens..who used to study in de same sch too..who gotten very very late results..and thy reali DELAY it..until de point where parents are involved..and THEN, thy will REALI do de job. nvm...lets seeeeee

Almost finished the TYOY lab report...den headed off to mit Ayang in the evening. Went to RASA21 for dinner. Hehe...reali miss him soo much!! Hapi2x to mit him!! Oh, den he bought me ANOTHER top! haha..like wat he says.."You have NO baju"...ho ho~ pathetic, right?! haha..nways..nvm...got free item..im happi! hahah...Walked ard..tot of buying the TYCOON cd game. BUT realise..dat my main pc cd player is SPOILT!! haiz..of all times..it has to be spoilt NOW! Walked a lil bit more...den headed homey. Oh, and somthing happen actuali..hahah..bt nt goin to put it here...HAHAHA!! coz Im being sleng dat day! hahaha

Went back...tot can finished lab report...BUT dearie MAS told us dat we need to calculate de STANDARD DEVIATION!! and great...basically trying to do it asap. Finally by 3am...finished all up! phew!

Waited for Suzzie to finished her report. Headed off at 4pm...to school. Den we went to Simei to buy stuffs at PHOON HUAT. N me...alwys tempting to buy the JELLIEs!! oOOOo...nvm...nxt time can buy. Den were deciding to eat at Tamp or Simpang Bedok...which eventually result in goin to Simpang! hehe...been awhile i last visit der. Ordered Nasi Ayam and cheese fries and Suzzie order was wrong "Kuey teow opeh" hahah..Den DEAR suzzie...asked me to help her eat...and I was SUPER full..till tummy boncit (nt dat it had nvr been BONCIT b4). hahah.. but its TOO boncit alraedy! hahah...
